Purpose Statement: 

The purpose of the Peggy Heller Parent Club (PHPC) is to aid and enhance the overall educational experience of the students at Peggy Heller Elementary School. The PHPC shall volunteer and raise funds to provide safety equipment, educational supplies, and enrichment activities that will support their educational and recreational needs, as well as to develop a sense of school spirit and belonging, to encourage parent and teacher involvement by providing a connection between school and home, and to promote open communication between the administration, teachers and parents.
