CAASPP Testing

CAASPP Testing is HERE! May 6-May24

Hello Peggy Heller Families- Another year of hard work is about to wrap up with CAASPP testing for Grades 3rd through 7th! CAASPP, or California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress, testing will begin next week. Please see below for more grade level specific dates. We ask for your support in making sure students are at school each day during testing. We also kindly ask that students are at school on time and not pulled out early if possible so that we minimize interruptions to the classroom. Students that come in after testing sessions have started will not be sent to their classroom until the testing session is complete for the day. The CAASPP is a rigorous test that we work very hard to prepare students for all year. Please help us in setting your child up for success by making sure they get a good night's sleep the night before. Also, please be prepared that most teachers will send little to no homework (Grades 3-7) as students will be testing for large increments of the day and we want them to have a break :). We wish all of our students the best of luck and are so proud of the hard work they have put forth this year! GOOD LUCK HAWKS!!
