New Raptor System FYI

Hello Parents, we are so excited to announce that we will be rolling out the use of a new check-in system to increase campus safety. Attached is a letter explaining the Raptor System and how it works along with some FAQ's. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the system and how it works.

When will this start:
We will be starting a "Soft" Roll out this week to practice with our system before the official start date. If you would be interested in helping us to practice, please come in with your ID :) The bonus for you is you will be in the system early :)
We will Officially Start on January 6th, 2020.
You will need your ID or Driver's License to sign in and enter campus. Once you have checked in the system once with your ID, we can pull you up from that point forward without the ID.

What do we need from you:
- We kindly ask for your patience as we embark on this endeavor. As with any new system is will be slow at first and then we will get back to a quick pace with check-in. If you are coming for an event that involves many parents (Awards, Flag Salutes, and so on), planning to come in a bit earlier than usual would be very helpful as we have a few added steps to check you in. Also, make sure you have your ID or Driver's License with you when you come to enter campus!

Thank you ALL in advance for your patience with this new system, it is a MAJOR UPGRADE in student safety and will help us keep our students safe!
